As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our coverage areas carefully—making sure we maintain the quality and personal attention that set our small team apart. There’s generally no travel fee, but if one is ever required, you’ll be notified upfront at the time of booking. Our goal is to partner with every client and meet their unique needs, wherever your next listing may be.

How will I receive my photos?
We offer several options for receiving your photos but the most common way is via a Dropbox Link
Do I get to select which photos you edit?
At the time of shooting, feel free to tell the photographer what you want highlighted. He or she will make all the necessary notes so the best photos get selected and edited. From time to time we will include extra photos so you have additional options when listing your property.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
Bad weather is outside of our control.. but we will work with you as best we can! Typically we will try to find the best time slot available for the same day if there is a break in the weather. However, if we have to reschedule there will be no additional charge due to a weather cancelation. If rain is light and we can still take photos outside, we can typically enhance / replace the sky to make it a nice sunny day!
How do I book a photo shoot with HomeSnapp?
Book online through our website or text us! Those are the best options! You can email or call us too but we might be slower to response since we are typically shooting every day!
